- What areas do you cover?
- Witney and West Oxfordshire mostly, plus Carterton, Kidlington, Oxford, Bicester, Abingdon and the villages in between. If you're further out, ring and ask — we'll say honestly whether we can get to you.
- I've got a leak right now. What should I do?
- Turn the water off at the stop tap and catch what you can in a bowl. If water is anywhere near electrics, switch that circuit off and stay clear. Then ring us and we'll talk you through the rest.
- Will you come out for a small job?
- Yes. A dripping tap, a running toilet or one cold radiator are all worth sorting early, and they're cheaper to fix before they turn into something bigger.
- How quickly can you get to me?
- For an emergency in Witney and the towns nearby we'll usually be with you within the hour. Everything else we book in for a time that suits you.
